Corruption as one of economic crimes
Corruption is the main treat to a free market system and perfect competition. Corruption has always been issue of concern hindering free market system and became the obstacle for development of the African countries because it privates everyone’s rights. It has limited invention, innovation, and investment in the market system. Corruption should find its essence in different facts. Some of them are that the numbers of request are excessing the offices which offer the services. In addition, the service could be offered by one office in the whole country, as the country is big there you see many requests of the services, or workers are few to execute the task. Moreover, the act of corruption should be encouraged by one privileged group which has the quick accessibility to the service and the remained groups are not privileged. In general, African anti-corruption laws are ineffective because top officials fail to enforce them from lack of authority or from fear of international repercussions. Effective control of corruption is only possible through organizations independent of the government and through strict laws to enforce principles of good conduct at high government levels. Freedom of the press is essential for exposure of corruption. Let's fight togather against corruption and have access to our rights we deserve.
